Random Thoughts & Leaps of Faith

OK  OK ….So the sun is back again this morning – frightening off the full moon of January 2009 – for another day.  I still continue to be amazed by the “process of life”.

This morning….I awoke to find not only the sun – but that I had begun a “small mission”.  To list the names for Jesus.  Here is what I have found so far……

Consider for a moment – that for me – I have always felt – since I can remember – falling in love with God – way before I fell in love with Jesus. – Now, I know – that almost sounds “pagan”.  But it’s true.  In my heart.  Some of us have discussed this before – and well – consider this morning – with me – as your schedule permits – JESUS.  Who is He?  Who does God – through His Word – tell us that He is – and why?  For what purpose?  What position does He hold in the Trinity?  In His relationship with the Father?  In His relationship with US?  You?  and Me?

Well, that’s where my “mission” is taking me….I don’t have time hardly to get started this morning – to get where I am going – (got to get My Sage up and have breakfast and get us off to the “church house” – lunch at Subway and home again – to complete our “list” of things we want to get done together – before she is “wisked off” – back to “her world”, with her mom.  But I surely will be coming back to this place and these thoughts and this position in my thinking —– feel free to toss your ideas and thoughts my way when you have them….

As I go…..You gotta hang on to the scripture references that describe Christ as the “Rising Sun: Luke 1:78″  – especially in light of the recent random thoughts about the Sun and the purpose it serves and “life as a process”, etc.
